Excellent stay with friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay with my family, enjoying the clean and spacious rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially during breakfast when they ensured everything was well stocked. The proximity to local shopping and dining options made our outing very convenient. One area of improvement would be addressing the elevator issues we experienced during our stay.

I also enjoyed being an IHG Platinum member, which allowed me to enjoy some drink vouchers at check-in, though the bartender could have been more welcoming when I tried to use them.

I asked for extra towels and received them after a long wait. Breakfast options were limited, and I had issues with the breakfast coupon for two guests instead of three. Staff temperatures varied. some were friendly while others seemed indifferent. Despite the drawbacks, the positive aspects made the stay tolerable.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me find my lost necklace, which I’ll never forget. Highly recommend this place, and I'll be back next year!

Spacious and clean room with a helpful staff made for a pleasant stay. The bathroom, however, had a shower curtain issue that left the floor wet. Breakfast options included freshly cooked eggs, which I appreciated. Easy access to the freeway simplified travel plans, although it did add some noise to the experience.
